Lentil Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. uncooked lentils
1 c. walnuts
2 eggs
2 large cans evaporated milk
1 c. oil
3 c. cornflakes, crushed
1 tsp. sage
1 onion, diced
salt to taste
Preparation

Cook lentils; drain.
Mix all ingredients together.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
