Banana Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. evaporated milk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 egg yolks
    3 or 4 bananas
    graham crackers
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Place a layer of graham crackers in a baking dish.
    Add a layer of bananas, sliced and 1/2 mixture which has been cooked until thickened.
    Then repeat with another layer of graham crackers, bananas and remaining mixture.
    Beat 4 egg whites until stiff, add 3 tablespoons sugar, pour on top of pudding and set in oven to brown.
