Tomato And Avocado Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large ripe tomatoes, 2 minced, 2 chopped 1/2-inch dice
    2 medium onions, minced
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    juice of 1 lime
    1 seeded and minced jalapeno
    7 cilantro sprigs
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1/2 to 2 ripe avocados, 1/2-inch to 3/4-inch dice
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except avocado in large bowl.
    Mix well.
    Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
    Remove from refrigerator at least 1/2 hour before serving.
    Add diced avocado just before serving.
    Mix well with large wooden spoon.
    Perfect accompaniment for swordfish with avocado sauce.
    Serves 4.
