Fluffy Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. unsifted flour
    1 c. Crisco shortening
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. warm water
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Mix shortening into dry ingredients.
    Add yeast and buttermilk, cut like biscuits and fold over.
    Dip each one in melted butter.
    Place in a bread pan.
    Bake at 470\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
