Easiest Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 inexpensive cut of beef
    1 jar pepperoncini peppers
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
Preparation
    Put meat in crock-pot on low heat.
    Pour in jar of peppers, including juice, and package of onion soup mix.
    Cook for 8 or more hours.
    Shred meat, taking out fat or gristle.
    Serve on hoagie buns.
    Use au jus to dip sandwich in.
