Apple Cinnamon Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. apple juice
    1/4 c. red hots
    1 pkg. powdered fruit pectin
    4 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Boil your fruit jars for 10 minutes.
    Let cool upside down on a dish towel.
    Combine juice and pectin in large saucepan; bring to a full, rolling boil.
    Add sugar and candies, stirring constantly; bring to a boil.
    Boil for 3 minutes; remove from heat.
    Let boiling subside; skim foam from top.
    Pour into sterilized jars; seal.
    Makes 8 1/2 pints.
