Baked Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Add sugar, salt and vanilla.
    Gradually add scalded milk.
    Strain into custard cups or casserole dish; sprinkle nutmeg.
    Bake in moderate oven (375\u00b0) about 30 minutes.
