Smoked Salmon Party Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Alaskan salmon, drained and boned
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 1/2 Tbsp. hickory liquid seasoning (liquid smoke)
    1 Tbsp. onion
    squeeze of lemon juice
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Drain and debone salmon.
    Mix with cream cheese, liquid wood smoke seasoning, onions and lemon juice.
    Form by hand into 1 large ball or 2 small balls.
    Roll ball(s) in 1 cup chopped nuts and set in refrigerator to mold.
    Serve with crackers as cocktail appetizer.
