Sweet And Sour Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. carrots, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1 green pepper, chopped fine
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. white vinegar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
-
Layer first 3 ingredients in casserole.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Pour over layered carrots.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until tender, approximately 1 hour.
Carrots may be partially precooked to cut down on baking time.
