Creamed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped onions
    2/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    6 Tbsp. flour
    4 c. heavy cream
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 c. peeled, cooked, cubed potatoes
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Saute onions, green pepper and celery in butter until soft.
    Stir in flour.
    Add cream slowly, stirring constantly, and simmer until mix thickens.
    Stir in salt and pepper.
