Hot Dog Chili For A Crowd - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. ground beef or beef and pork mixed
    1 gallon tomato sauce
    6 lb. onions, chopped
    1 bunch celery, chopped
    3 bell peppers, chopped
    2 bunches shallots
    3 cups flour
    3 cups cooking oil
    1 bunch parsley
    2 bottles Mexene chili powder
Preparation
    Use a 20-qt pot or larger.
    Dissolve ground meat with about 2 qt. water to separate and brown.
    Add tomato sauce and bring to a boil.
