Bread Bowl(Bread Machine) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    3 1/4 c. white bread flour
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. fast rise yeast or 3 tsp. active dry yeast
Preparation
    After dough or manual cycle is completed in bread machine, and before the baking cycle begins, remove the dough from the machine. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and carefully form into a ball without punching down.
    Place onto a greased cookie sheet and let rise about 1 hour until double in size.
    Brush with beaten egg and bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes until golden brown.
    Let cool.
    Hollow out cooled bread like a pumpkin, reserving \"lid\" to put back on.
    Fill with your favorite meat, soup or whatever.
    Replace the top.
    Serve and enjoy.
