Hot Cocoa For A Crowd - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. hot water
4 qt. milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
whipped cream, marshmallow cream or marshmallows, for garnish

Preparation

Stir all but milk together and boil gently over heat for 2 minutes.
Add milk.
Stir and heat, but don't boil.
Beat with rotary beater and garnish with whipped cream, marshmallow cream or marshmallows.
