Ingredients

10 oz. frozen strawberries, thawed (in syrup)
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. Cool Whip
1 Oreo crust
Preparation

Drain strawberries, reserving 1/4 cup liquid.
Beat cream cheese, liquid, strawberries, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Spoon into crust.
Refrigerate several hours or freeze for faster set up.
Garnish with a strawberry fan.
Serves 8 to 10 people.
