Low-Fat Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken
    2 egg whites
    1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Dip chicken in egg whites.
    Roll dipped chicken in crushed corn flakes.
    Place on baking sheet pre-sprayed with Pam.
    Salt and pepper to taste and bake 30 to 35 minutes. You may want to put some seasonings like paprika in with the corn flakes.
    Contains 1 gram of fat.
