No Knead Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. luke warm water
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    8 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix boiling water, 1/2 cup sugar, shortening and salt.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Soften yeast in 1/4 cup lukewarm water and add 1 teaspoon sugar.
    Add this to the first mixture.
    Add eggs and flour.
    Mix thoroughly, but do not knead.
    Cover and put in refrigerator for overnight.
