Potato Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/2 cups warm water - (110 - 115 degrees)
    2/3 cup sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 cup soft shortening
    2 eggs
    1 cup lukewarm (unseasoned) mashed potatoes
    7 - 7 1/2 cups Gold Medal flour
    1- (8 oz) Light sour cream
    1/3 cup buttermilk
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    3/4 cup white corn meal
    1/2 cup shortening
    1 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    2 cups flour
    3 cups mashed (over ripe) bananas
    3 Tbsp water
    Dash of Nutmeg
    1/2 cup chopped Nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Place into greased loaf pan (1 large or 2 small).
    Bake at 375\u00b0 (55 - 60 minutes for large and 30 - 35 minutes for small).
