Foil Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 - 4 chicken breasts, boneless
1 lb. button mushrooms, sliced 1/4 inch thick
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/3 c. white cooking wine or water
salt, pepper, thyme, to taste
1 Reynolds foil bag
Preparation

Place prepared mushrooms in bottom of foil bag.
Season chicken with spices and place on top of mushrooms.
Top with butter/margarine, garlic and white wine (or water).
Seal bag very tightly, making sure it will not leak.
Place on baking sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40-45 minutes (depending on your oven and on thickness of chicken). Spoon liquid in bag over chicken.
