Cottage Cheese Kolaczki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. margarine
    4 c. sifted flour
    1 carton (1 lb.) creamed cottage cheese
    2 cans prepared fruit filling (apricot, prune, pineapple, nut, etc.)
Preparation
    Cut margarine into flour as for pie dough.
    Add cottage cheese and mix well.
    Knead until fairly smooth.
    Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
    Roll out 1/8-inch thick on well floured board.
    Cut into 2 or 3-inch squares.
    Put a small teaspoonful of filling in center of each.
    Pinch together opposite corners.
    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
