Squash Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped yellow squash
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    hot vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine first five ingredients, mixing well.
    Stir in flour. Drop by tablespoonfuls in hot oil.
    Cook until brown, turning once; drain.
