Mountain Fried Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. steak
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. fat
    1/2 c. water
    1 onion, cut fine
Preparation
    Round steak's the best.
    Pound the daylights out of a slice for some folks, and it won't be hard on teeth.
