Fruited Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, cut in parts
    salt and pepper, mixed with flour
    1 can pineapple chunks
    1 can Mandarin oranges
    1 can apricots
    some prunes
    1/2 c. marmalade
    1/4 c. raspberry jam
    1/4 to 1/2 c. sherry
Preparation
    Dip chicken parts in flour mixture.
    Saute in garlic and oil. When browned, add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer until done.
    Keep stirring.
