Ham And Rice Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag Success rice
    1 c. onion
    1 c. celery
    2 Tbsp. oil
    4 oz. can whole mushrooms
    1 c. frozen peas
    6 3/4 oz. can ham
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cook rice according to directions; drain and set aside.
    Saute onion and celery in oil until tender-crisp.
    Add mushrooms, peas and ham.
    Cook 3 to 4 minutes.
    Push mixture aside in pan and scramble eggs.
    Add rice and soy sauce.
    Toss lightly with ham mixture until completely heated.
    Serves 4 to 6.
