Aunt Hope'S Apricot Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1/4 c. chopped almonds
    1 1/3 c. apricot preserves
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Grease pan very well.
    Mix cake mix, margarine and nuts.
    Set aside one cup of this mixture.
    Press remainder into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Spread 1 cup of preserves over top.
    Mix cheese, sugar, egg, vanilla, flour, salt and 1/3 cup preserves.
    Spread on top.
    Add coconut to reserved mix and sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, until solid.
    Refrigerate.
