Herbed Chicken And Vegetables With Wine - cooking recipe

2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 c. dry white wine
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 c. carrots, cut into 2-inch thin strips
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen Italian green beans
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
8 cherry tomatoes, cut into halves
Preparation

Combine flour, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Coat chicken pieces with flour mixture.
Heat oil in large skillet or Dutch oven until hot.
Cook chicken until brown on both sides, about 15 minutes.
Add wine, lemon juice and garlic.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and cook 40 minutes.
Add carrots; cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Stir in green beans and mushrooms; cook, uncovered, stirring occasionally until green beans are hot, about 5 minutes.
Stir in cherry tomatoes.
Heat just until hot. Yields 6 servings.
