Joan'S Seafood Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice, cooked
    2 lb. medium shrimp
    1 lb. crabmeat
    2 to 3 medium onions, sliced
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. margarine
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    pepper, garlic powder and Accent (optional)
Preparation
    Coat onions and shrimp in flour.
    In large frying pan, saute onions and shrimp in hot margarine, until lightly browned.
    Add cooked rice to ingredients; crumble crabmeat and add to pan. Liberally sprinkle soy sauce over ingredients, stirring constantly with fork.
    Cover; cook over low flame for 15 minutes or until flavors meld together.
