Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small lemon jello
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1 large pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 large can evaporated milk, chilled
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in 1 cup hot water.
    Put in refrigerator and let
    stand
    until like egg white.
    Cream cheese with sugar and add lemon juice.
    Add jello to cream cheese mixture.
    Whip chilled evaporated
    milk
    and then add to mixture.
    Yield:
    2 (9-inch) pies.
