Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. pkg. wide lasagna noodles
    1 lb. Mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
    1 c. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Add tomato sauce, water and seasonings.
    In oblong pan, layer sauce, noodles and cheeses. Repeat layers, ending with sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
