Lemon Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. butter
2 1/2 c. sugar
4 c. plain flour
6 eggs
3 oz. lemon flavoring
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. pecans
1/2 lb. candied cherries
1/4 lb. candied pineapple
Preparation

Reserve 1/4 cup flour to coat fruit.
Cream butter and sugar. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
Add eggs and flour mixture to bowl; add floured fruit.
Bake in well-greased tube pan lined with wax paper.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
