Shrimp Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. shrimp (fresh or canned)
4 green peppers
1/4 tsp. onion, minced
1 Tbsp. margarine
bread crumbs
1/2 c. mushrooms, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. parsley, minced
Preparation

Cut slice from stem ends of peppers; remove seeds and wash. Parboil 5 minutes.
Chop end slice of peppers and cook with onion in butter until tender.
Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
Add tomato, salt, parsley and shrimp.
Heat thoroughly.
Fill peppers with mixture, sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
