Scalloped Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. cheese
    1 bunch carrots, sliced and cooked
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Brown onion in margarine in skillet. Add flour, celery salt, salt and dry mustard.
    Stir in milk and cook until thickened.
    Add cheese and stir to melt.
    Add cooked carrots and pour into buttered casserole.
    Top with bread crumbs and bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
