Spinach Pie Without Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (1-inch thick) smoked pork chops, diced
    2 large onions, finely chopped
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat olive oil.
    Saute onion.
    Combine spinach and onion.
    Let cool.
    Add diced pork chops, grated Parmesan, Ricotta, eggs, salt and pepper to spinach mixture.
    Grease 8 x 13-inch Pyrex dish and dust with bread crumbs.
    Pour mixture into dish.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Reheat at 375\u00b0, covered, for 40 minutes.
    Cut into bite size squares.
