Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lg. tomato or 2 small
1 lg. green pepper
1 lg. onion
2 small can sliced mushrooms
1 lg. zucchini, chunked
small box stove top stuffing
1 pkg. swiss cheese
Preparation

Simmer tomato, green pepper, onion, mushrooms and zucchini until tender. In a casserole dish layer stuffing and vegetables. Top with cheese. Bake in preheated 350 oven for 1/2 hour.
