Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. chicken pieces
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can evaporated milk
    1/4 c. canola oil
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients in a large Ziploc bag.
    Pour milk into bowl.
    Cover chicken pieces in milk, then add several pieces to Ziploc bag and seal.
    Shake bag to cover chicken completely. Repeat until all chicken is covered.
