Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. meal
1/2 c. flour
1 can cream-style corn
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium pepper, chopped
1/2 c. oil
cheese as desired
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, except cheese.
Put 1/2 batter in greased skillet.
Put a layer of cheese on top, then put remaining batter on top of cheese.
Bake at 450\u00b0 until done.
