Lean Sweet And Sour Cabbage Borscht - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. tomato puree
    1 medium cabbage, coarsely chopped
    1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
    4 stalks celery, sliced
    1 onion, chopped
    6 c. water
    1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
Preparation
    Heat all ingredients in a soup pot until it boils.
    Reduce heat and simmer slowly, covered, for 1 hour.
