Hasselback Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 small baking potatoes
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. shredded Cheddar or Parmesan
2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
Preparation

Slice the potatoes 1/8-inch intervals, 3/4 through (like a fan).
Place each potato on foil and drizzle with butter. Sprinkle with salt, onion salt and paprika.
Seal foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Combine cheese and bread crumbs.
Sprinkle and bake 15 minutes more with foil open.
