Apple Crumb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lg. apples
    1 unbaked pastry shell
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. flour
    1/3 c. butter
Preparation
    Peel apples and cut into 8ths and arrange in unbaked pastry shell. Sprinkle with 1/2 c. sugar mixed with cinnamon. Sift remaining
    sugar with flour. Cut butter in sugar and flour mix until it looks crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake 450 degrees for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 30 minutes or until apples are tender.
