Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. graham crackers, crushed
1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. melted butter
1/3 c. sugar
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
Mix together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and 1/3 cup sugar.
Grease a spring-form pan.
Line the sides and the bottom with the graham cracker crust mixture, then refrigerate.
