Cheese Ortega Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) can Ortega chile pepper, diced
    1 1/2 lb. Jack cheese, grated
    1 large can evaporated milk
    8 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour (heaping)
Preparation
    Toss cheese and pepper in buttered 9 x 13-inch Pyrex baking dish.
    Pour over this mixture large can of evaporated milk, mixed with beaten eggs and flour.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
