Fried Chicken Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken cutlets
    eggs
    flour (mixed with salt and pepper)
    vegetable oil
    mashed potatoes
    corn bread
Preparation
    Saturate chicken cutlets in egg wash (eggs and milk).
    Dip cutlets into seasoned flour; coat the chicken thoroughly in flour. Deep fry chicken in hot oil until golden brown.
    Top with brown gravy and mashed potatoes.
    Serve vegetables and corn bread.
