Baby Plum Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 small jars baby food plums
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift dry
    ingredients
    together
    in a mixing bowl.
    Add oil, then eggs,\tone
    at
    a
    time,
    and\tbeat
    until batter is creamy. Then add plums, vanilla and nuts.
    Pour in a tube pan or Bundt pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Ice with caramel frosting.
