Pecan Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans, finely chopped
1 c. sifted flour
Preparation

Cream together the butter, sugar and vanilla.
Stir in pecans and flour.
Form into 1-inch balls.
Place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Remove from pan and roll in powdered sugar while hot.
Cool and roll again in powdered sugar.
