Apricot Divine Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. olive oil
8 skinned chicken breast halves
1/2 c. unbleached white flour
1 tsp. salt
1/3 to 1/2 c. apricot preserves
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 c. non-fat yogurt or sour cream
2 Tbsp. slivered almonds
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Cover bottom of shallow baking pan with oil.
Shake chicken in bag with flour and salt until coated. Place chicken in single layer in baking pan and bake 25 minutes. Combine apricot preserves, mustard and yogurt (or sour cream). Spread apricot mixture on chicken and bake for 30 minutes more or until done.
