Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Grease iron skillet with oil.
    Stir mixture with spoon and put into skillet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
    Cut like pie wedges.
