Barbecued Deer Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 deer roast
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    pepper to taste
    1 1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    2 1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1/8 tsp. Tabasco
Preparation
    Put whole deer roast into crock-pot.
    Sprinkle with salt, sugar and pepper. Add vinegar and cover. Start at 7 or 8 p.m. in the evening; cook all night on low (or auto shift).
