Italian Sausage And Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. Italian sausage
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 large onion, halved and cut into 1/8-inch slices
4 green or red peppers, seeded and sliced
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
salt and freshly ground pepper
3 tsp. tarragon vinegar
Preparation
-
Cook the sausage in 4 to 6 tablespoons water until water evaporates.
Continue to cook until sausage is browned all over, turning once.
Remove and set aside.
When the sausage is cool enough to handle, cut it into 1/2-inch slices.
