Butterscotch Chews - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter (margarine)
    1 small c. evaporated milk
    1 box brown sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. yellow raisins
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt butter, when cool put in mixer with milk, sugar and eggs; blend well.
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
    Stir into egg mixture and blend well.
    Add vanilla, raisins and chocolate chips.
