Cucumber-Sour Cream Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium cucumbers
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. white wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
Preparation
    Pare cucumbers and slice thinly into large bowl. Stir together other ingredients, except dill weed.
    Pour over cucumbers and toss lightly.
    Sprinkle with dill weed.
    Cover and chill.
    Just before serving, toss carefully.
    Yields 8 to 10 servings.
