Pineapple And American Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. diced pineapple
1 c. diced American cheese
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. flour

Preparation

Beat egg; add sugar, flour, pineapple juice and water.
Cook until thick.
Cool and pour over pineapple, cheese, marshmallows and nuts mixture.
Serves 6 to 8.
